I prefer working outdoors in locations that have special significance to my clients. This allows me to use natural light and natural surroundings to create beautiful environmental portraits that have context and convey a sense of place. It also allows me to capture relaxed, authentic portraits of people when they're "in their element." I like to schedule 60-90 minute sessions and direct the shoot by suggesting a variety of locations and poses, while keeping it relaxed and fun.
